The agreement between the client(s) and Denisse Galarza Photography. 

Responsibility: 

-Denisse Galarza Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and their children and release photographer and anyone associated from any claims against their person or their business. Client hereby assumes all the risks of participating in any/all activities with his event/session, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released. 

Style. Client acknowledges and agrees that:

-Client has reviewed Photographer’s previous work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style
-Photographer will use its artistic judgment when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services; and
-Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.

Image Duration. Client acknowledges and agrees that:

-Edited images take 14-24 business days when the photoshoot session was taken to be processed and sent to the clients private gallery.
-All edited images will be sent to the clients private gallery. The photographer will email the client with both passcode to access the clients private gallery and a PIN to download the edited images. 
-Any additional packages that include prints will be shipped out 5-14 business days once the edited images have been placed in the clients private gallery.
-Client acknowledges that the photographer will take no responsibility for any lost, stolen and/or damaged prints. 

Gallery. Client acknowledges and agrees that:

-Edited images will be saved in your private gallery for 1 year from the date that it was published into your gallery. Your photographer will archive your edited images onto her hard drive for an additional year from the date that it was published into your gallery.
-Clients responsibility is to download and save his/her edited images for their personal use as soon as possible.
-Client acknowledges that the photographer will take no responsibility for any lost, stolen and/or damaged images .
